No liability is assumed for the accuracy of the information, some data are estimated or taken according to information from third parties. All machines are sold in the condition as they are, or as inspected. If the buyer does not take the opportunity to inspect and test the machine, once the machine has been picked up, this contract cannot be contested under any circumstances. No machines have been tested for function by Lehner, the buyer will always indemnify and hold the seller harmless in this respect. Place of jurisdiction is Eferding. Austrian law is exclusively applicable. In case of cancellation of this contract, 30% of the invoice amount will be due as cancellation fee. The buyer expressly waives the right to be legally treated as a private person. Therefore this contract is not contestable in any point.

The place of jurisdiction is Eferding, the GTC of the buyer are not applicable to this contract, Austrian law applies exclusively. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment. Only cash payment or prepayment is accepted. After payment of the item must be collected within 4 weeks or by arrangement. If this is not done, 30% of the purchase price will be charged each month as a storage fee. In special cases, however, this can only change after written agreement. The indicated price is always valid from the location of our company headquarters unless another location is clearly indicated. All stated prices are net prices, i.e. plus possible customs duties, transport and packaging costs, plus statutory value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and to sell in the meantime.

In principle, these are machines owned by us, but in exceptional cases may be commission sales. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked on our site. We only sell to tradesmen, thus the tradesman expressly waives any right of withdrawal, right of revocation, warranty and guarantee claims, unless this is expressly stated in the order confirmation.
