The entire hall is approx. 50m x 10m, see sketch,
30m long are 10m wide, the other 20m are diagonally converging to approx. 7m
The hall is currently attached to a large hall on one side, so one long side of the concrete walls is missing.
However, the hall is completely independent.
This results in 3 possibilities for the sale of this hall:
Price for this hall all-round concrete walls 20 m x 10 m 19.000,-
or price for hall all-round concrete walls 30m x 10m 29.000,-
Hall complete as built
(the concrete walls are missing on one side) 50m x 10/7m 39.000,-
10 metre grid, Internal height, lower edge of concrete beam 5.5m
Laterally planked with concrete slabs,
8 cm insulation in the concrete walls.
There is a trapezoidal sheet on the concrete overhangs,
on top of this is polystyrene insulation that can be reused,
on top of this is flamed cardboard and a gravel layer - this must of course be replaced.
Several doors, window elements and passages in the façade.
The entire hall can still be viewed and will be professionally dismantled and loaded at the end of September.
